An Apple a Day Keeps the Dr Away

Shock, horror! I grew up with this saying but even so am not surprised that even this saying is being changed in today's world.
Below is a link to an American site about this very belief and what their testing has found. I would assume it would be much the same over here. Am so glad I grow my own fruit and most of our vegetables as well now a days.
