The workshop fee is $143 (inc GST) per person, per workshop. Class notes and some ingredients will be provided. There is also a list of materials and ingredients which participants are required to bring.
The deadline for booking and payment is 1st September 2009 unless the course fills earlier. Enrolment is confirmed upon payment. A maximum of 16 participants can attend each workshop.
