Margaret River again, this time its Camembert & Marscarpone, Feta and Greek yoghurt, Blue Cheese and Sour Cream, Romano and Yoghurt.
Not sure if they are on the website yet. Got an email from the lady who ran it last time.

Am pencilled in for the blue but will depend on our rosters closer to the time.

Please let me know when it is.

I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and shall be going to Perth for treatment in a few weeks; however I am still interested. Might take my mind off the whole process to take a weekend break, (if it is a weekend of course).
thanks for passing this on.

Kathleen

Thankyou, I shall put these in my diary so that once I might have a better idea once treatment begins whether or not i will be able to attend one of these.

Hubby loves Blue Cheese. Have already done fetta, camembert, quarg. One of these days i am going to do a farm house cheddar course as well.

Cheers
Kathleen
