Thanks for sharing your recipes, . I have also added my Beetroot and Ginger relish to the collection. Have just made 37 half pints after emptying our patches of beetroots. Also got about 20 pints of pickled beetroots all up as well.
Have also made up a lovely pile of Tangerine/Ruby grapefruit and Lemon marmalade, Got 23 half pints and 2 pints. I was very pleased with it, I'm not usually a huge marmalade fan ,but this one was quite nice.
Our Apricot tree up the bush is heavily loaded, so I am looking forward to putting it away ,hopefully we will time our visit right and beat the King parrots to them.
