Loganberries

what are these used for I bought 1 plant last year and trained it along a trellis and so far have picked 2x2litre containers and there is still more than that on the vine that will be ripe in a few days and then more to ripen ,I have bottled some for pies ,and made some cordial to try

Oh wonderful! Use the same as any other berries I'd say. They probably lend themselves better to some things than others....experiment and let us know!

Loganberry Jam, loganberry jelly, loganberry cordial, loganberry icecream, mix them with other berries and make mixed berry jam, mixed berry pie filling, make a spread for using as a cake topping or for scones. So many things to do with berries. Oh and liquour, yum!
