Mallee,
I have several cordial recipes but unfortunately they all have alcohol in them. However I do have some syrup recipes which I use as cordial added to lemonade or soda they make great drinks, I also use them to make milkshakes. No alcohol.
Have posted a boysenberry and a strawberry syrup recipe over in the recipe section. I also make raspberry, plum and apricot syrups.

Yes, here you go, its a Jackei French one:

4 cups berries (ie raspberries/blueberries)
4 cups sugar
1 cup lemon juice
6 teaspoons tartaric acid
4 cups water

- Simmer fruit in water for about 10 mins. Strain out the pulp and discard.

Add other ingredients to the juice, stir well and simmer for 5 mins more. Bottle and seal.

Store in cool place up to a month.

I've made it before its very deep coloured and delicious. It dilutes about 1 to 10 so goes a long way!
