Yes it is a wonderful sight isn't it? I am so envious as I have now seen what I have been missing. I had a pantry full like that once (but not in the last 3 years) and so am looking forward to when I do so again.

Agree with you both... looking so forward now to sorting and packing bottles to move... so will only preserve absolute minimum.

I have been going through my recipes as I have several files out of storage at the moment. Also have quite a few saved on my computer for a "I'll try this sometime" event. Am so looking forward to being able to get back into canning again that I have to say I almost ache for it.

I have decided I don't like the carrot soup I put up so these carrots will now be destined for fritatas or something like that.
Only have a couple of the Golden Muchroom Soup left and that is very versatile so will become a staple for the shelf.
Would really love to have a go at corned beef as I have heard good reports about that and also caramel onions as these make great side dishes for bbq's and also fabulous on hotdogs.

Once the plumber and electrician have been we are planning on gyprocking the bedrooms and the storeroom so these rooms can be used then it will be hands on deck and all equipment out. :D
